Pet Policy
Talavera time is about enjoying the finer things with friends — including friends with tails. In other words, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly community of luxury apartments in Spring Valley, Las Vegas. Pet fee of $400 is in effect. Monthly per pet fee is $35. Maximum of 3 pets. Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
